James has a natural propensity for customer service and serving the people around him. James’ ability to observe what the client’s needs are and listen to their wants has made him an instant success and a client favourite.

James excelled in many areas growing up because of his commitment to the team and unmatched hard work. James focused on basketball growing up and was Captain of many successful teams. He was a walk-on at Douglas College but soon became team captain to a team that won multiple Provincial Championships and his basketball career was finished with captaining a team to a National Title. During his collegiate career, he received Academic Athlete of the year 3 years in a row.

He saw the value in homeownership and combined it with a rental property that produced income. In 2020 James started to invest for his family's future and purchased his first rental property. In 2021 he purchased 2 more including a short-term rental property in Kelowna, he plans on purchasing many more in the future to build generational wealth for his family.

James is a father to two young very active boys and a husband to a wife who works in the mental health field. He is still active daily with his family and loves participating with his boys in all of their different interests.
